The hotel is equipped with a fire detection system and all our team members have been fully trained to respond to emergency situations. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. All areas of the resort are equipped with alarm pull stations, which are monitored 24 hours a day.
In the event of an emergency, contact the Guest Service Centre and report the location of the emergency.

WHEN YOU CHECK-IN YOUR ROOM
FIRE ESCAPE PLAN Upon checking-in to your room, learn the location of all exits.

FIRE ALARM CALL POINTS Familiarize yourself with the location of fire alarm call points.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS/FIRE HOSE REELS know where these are located. It would be an asset to know how to operate them.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM Locate and learn how to turn off your air conditioning system.
IF YOU DISCOVER A FIRE
RAISE THE ALARM Upon detecting a fire or smoke, pull down the handle of the nearest alarm call point or call the Guest Service Centre and inform the operator of the exact nature of the situation (smoke, fire, sparks etc.), and exactly where the trouble is located.

IF POSSIBLE, EXTINGUISH THE FIRE Use the nearest fire extinguisher or fire hose reel to put out the fire, but never put yourself at risk.

EVACUATE Should the fire get out of control, close all the doors behind you and leave the building immediately. Always take your room key. The Meeting/Assembly Point is at the coach parking area located at the front of the resort, at the lower lobby level.
